Preview the appearance of a printed Web page

To preview the appearance of a printed Web page

You can click Print Preview to see how a printed Web page will look.

On the File menu, click Print Preview.
Choose from the following commands:

Click this	To do this
Print	Set printing options and print the page.
Page Setup	Change paper, headers and footers, orientation, and margins for this page.
First page	Display the first page to be printed.
Previous page	Display the previous page to be printed.
Page number	Type the number of the page you want displayed.
Next	Display the next page to be printed.
Last	Display the last page to be printed.
Zoom out	Decrease the magnification.
Zoom in	Increase the magnification.
Zoom list	Display a list of zoom percentages.
Frame print options	Specify how you want frames to print. You can print the selected frame, all frames separately, or the entire page as it appears in your Web browser. This option is available only if you are printing a Web page that uses frames.
Close	Close the Print Preview window.
